Orders placed earlier in the business day may be processed and prepared for shipment the same day. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on major holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, payment review, prescription verification, product availability, or other circumstances.
Shipping
Lumireye currently ships within the United States.
Standard shipping is $7.00.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50.00 or more.
Once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Carrier tracking systems may require additional time after shipment before tracking information becomes active.
Lumireye is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, transportation interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds

Because contact lenses are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive products, opened, used, unsealed, or otherwise non-resalable contact lenses are generally not eligible for return, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact Lumireye as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.
