Can I return or exchange my contact lenses?
Yes. LumirEye accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene and eye safety reasons, contact lenses must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seals intact.
Opened or worn contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@lumireye.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending any products back. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
How long does shipping take?
